Is there any news better than I got a new job? I will be a User Interface Developer, working for an international company. This is the professional step up I have waited for, and hopefully it will validate the decisions to decline the other offers.
Leaving AutoScoop comes at an interesting time. I was just getting into the UI development, and had the chance to implement a few ideas. The team had a good groove going too, and I know I have broken that up. But I knew the first day on the job that I would not stay there forever. And my how I have grown!
So I realize also it has been four years since I have thrown a real party at my house. After a steady routine while I was living in Tunlaw, I find that to be a little shocking. Since buying my wine fridge, I have a one-track mind and consequently, I am throwing a party with a wine theme. On love and relationships.
A successful relationship involves two people whose lives and happiness are intertwined. There is no such thing as perfection. Instead there is compromise and communication. Love cannot conquer all.
Be selfish and find the right person. Know your deal-breakers. If it's a deal breaker, do not bother with a second date, because if you mix love into the equation, it will be difficult to get out, and you cannot compromise a deal-breaker.
