NEW

The first two rounds of ATL photos are posted! I have clocked 12 hours on my computer today, a result of her being with the Apple doctor for the past two weeks. Once I can take five minutes off, I'll install my new RAM and be good to go!

You may have read this part already...

Many things are going on right now, where do I begin!

During last week of February/first week of March, I got numerous hits on my resume. I interviewed at four places, and got an offer from my number 1 choice, how fabulous is that! I am now an official Web Designer & Developer for AutoScoop. It's a radio show about the car buying process. My first project is the redesign of one of Atlanta's best known car sales personalities, see the results at Get In Your Car.

In other news, I drove to Tampa the first weekend of March. Had an amazing weekend with the family. My sister came in Thursday night, and her flight was late, so by the time we got to the restaurant, we had a whole section to ourselves. It worked out well.

Before I started my job, I went through this entire site and validated everything. The next step is to prep all these pages to be XHTML Compliant. Also, I am learning php. The next versions of my site will be written as such.

Coming Soon

I have about three rolls of film that need to be processed. That should happen after my first or second paycheck, so let's say second or third week of April. If you have not heard from me by then, shoot me an email and tell me to get my act together! Also, if you are one of many people who has photos of me having living life, please send them my way.

Random Thoughts

Last week, I got an IM from a friend of mine who I have not spoken to in about 3 years. How many people can I think of that I haven't spoken to in three years (that I would actually talk)?! Today is the 25th and the bar has risen. This very site got the attention of someone I haven't seen, spoken to or heard of in fifteen years!! It almost makes me feel old to say that.

Number of years in DC spent looking for work in my field... 3.5; number of months in Atlanta before starting a job in the field... 1.5; having the opportunity to rejuvenate my life... priceless.
